By electronically registering for play through the Noble Youth Football Association (NYFA), you will be agreeing to the following: I, the parent/guardian of the registrant, a minor. I, the registrant will abide by the rules of the NYFA, it’s affiliated organizations and sponsors. Recognizing the possibility of physical injury associated with youth athletic programs and in consideration for the NYFA accepting their registrant for its youth sports programs, I hereby release, discharge and/or otherwise indemnify the NYFA, it’s affiliated organization and sponsors, their employees and associated personnel, including the owners of the fields and the facilities utilized by the youth sports programs, against any claim by or on behalf of the registrant as a result of the registrants participation in the youth sport programs and/or being transported to or from the same, which transportation I hereby authorize.

PLEASE READ BEFORE REGISTERING:
In consideration of being allowed to participate in any way in the NOBLE YOUTH FOOTBALL ASSOCIATION, athletics/sports program related events and activities, the registrant acknowledges, appreciates, and agrees that:
1. The risk of injury and/or illness from the activities involved in the program is significant, including the potential for permanent paralysis and death, and while particular rules, equipment, and personal discipline may reduce the risk, the risk of serious injury does exist;
2. The risk to have direct or indirect contact with individuals who have been exposed to and/or diagnosed with one or more communicable diseases, including but not limited to COVID-19 or other medical conditions, diseases, or maladies, and/or any mutation or variation thereof does exist and it is impossible to eliminate the risk that I could become infected through contact with or close proximity to an individual with a communicable disease;
3. I KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation; and,
4. I willingly agree to comply with the stated and customary terms and conditions for participation. If, however, I observe any unusual, significant hazard during my presence or participation, I will remove myself from participation and bring such hazard to the attention of the nearest official immediately; and,
5. I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, HEREBY RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS THE NOBLE YOUTH FOOTBALL ASSOCIATION., its officers, officials, agents and/or employees, other participants, sponsoring agencies, directors, sponsors, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of the premises used to conduct the event (collectively, the "Releasees"), WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL INJURY, ILLNESS, DISABILITY, DEATH, or loss or damage
to person or property, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE
NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE. I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY COMPLETING THIS REGISTRATION FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT.
NOBLE YOUTH FOOTBALL ASSOCIATION (NYFA) CODE OF CONDUCT AND POLICIES:
NYFA PARENTS CODE OF ETHICS PLEDGE
• I will encourage good sportsmanship by demonstrating positive support for all players, coaches and officials at every game, practice or other youth sport event
• I will place the emotional and physical well-being of my child ahead of any personal desire to win
• I will insist my child play in a safe and healthy environment
• I will provide support for coaches and officials working with my child to provide a positive, enjoyable experience for all
• I will demand a drug and alcohol-free sports environment for my child and agree to assist by refraining from their use at all youth sports events
• I will remember that the game is for the children and not for adults
• I will ask my child to treat other players, coaches, fans and officials with respect regardless of race, sex creed or ability
• I will promise to help my child enjoy the youth sports experience within my personal constraints by assisting with coaching, being a respectful fan. Providing transportation or whatever I am capable of doing
• I will require that my child’s coach be trained in the responsibilities of being a youth sports coach and that the coach upholds the National Youth Sports Coaches Association (NYSCA) Coaches’ Code of Ethics
One adult associated with each player will provide at least 1 hour of support in the concession stand per year. Failure to support will result in forfeiture of the players equipment deposit.
NYFA Parents & Guardians Behavior Policy
1. A parent or legal guarding must sign this policy, as well as, the Parents Code of Ethics before registration is complete.
2. All spectators will be held accountable under this policy.
3. Any spectator in violation of the “Parents Code of Ethics” or acting in an inappropriate manner will be required to go through the Parents Alliance for Youth Sports (PAYS) program at the Moore Community Center. This must be done before the spectator will be allowed to attend any youth sports activity at any Noble Youth Football Associations activities or fields.
4. The PAYS program is approximately 1.5 hours long and consists of watching a video and followed by a discussion. There is a non-refundable fee of $20 for any spectator required to attend the PAYS program.
5. Any further violation of this policy will result in a minimum of a one-year suspension from attendance of any Noble Youth Football association activities.
6.Any person who violates Noble Youth Football Association and its affiliates rules is subject to punishment from the league.
NYFA Social Media Policy:
These guidelines apply to all participants within the NYFA Noble Youth Football Association program, it's football league and teams that create or contribute to any type of Social Media. Examples: Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
Our goal is to insure participation in social media that involves Noble Youth Football with respect and safeguards confidential/private
information for our volunteers, coaches and participants.
1. Postings should not disclose any information that is confidential to the Noble Youth Football Association and/or its affiliates
or disclose private and/or personal information to individuals, coaches volunteers, parents or children.
2. Negative posts,comments or pictures regarding any aspect of Noble Youth Football will not be tolerated. This includes but is not limited to:
Coaching, Officiating, Parents, Staff, the Noble Youth Football Program and its participants.
3. Posts/Comments that can be construed as harassment, bullying or inappropriate will not be tolerated. This includes conduct by parents or any
family member of the player.
Failure to comply with guidelines will result in the following disciplinary action
1st infraction is meeting with coach and board member
2nd infraction will be meeting with entire board to mediate the issue
3rd infraction will be removal from the Noble Youth Football Association program.
All concerns regarding any aspect of Noble Youth Football should be immediately brought to the attention of the Noble Youth Football Coordinator. Length of removal will be determined by the Noble Youth Football Coordinator.
Equipment Rental Policy: There will be a cash deposit due of $50 for Football equipment rental. The approximate date for equipment distribution is August 1st. The deposit will be due at equipment sizing. Once the season is complete, the deposit will be returned upon return of equipment. Deposits will not be returned for equipment damage other than normal wear and tear from NYFA Football activities.
